The room we stayed in was nice and cool, quiet, and super cozy. It had great blackout curtains and even came with an iron, which was so handy. Also, this place is conveniently close to Sandy Park stadium - 👌. 

High standard, decent size room complete with spacious bathroom and COVID-19 safe.

We were in air conditioned king room.

The location in a busy area was excellent and there were local supermarkets nearby. Popped into Pinhoe Hoard for shots before sleep, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Worth it, value for money. Conveniently located to a public restaurant for breakfast, truly enjoyed this place. 10 minutes walk from Saint Lawrence's Church. Newly renovated and a decent size room, comfy bed. Climate control, coffee-making facilities, 

The room had everything I needed, was nicely set up, and came at a fair price. 🛌 Having twin beds was a great bonus. The location felt cozy and was conveniently situated in a good spot.

Conveniently located in Exeter, close to the city center and motorway. Right next to a park.- Comfortable beds in our double room.- Nice food available in nearby restaurants like Ikea Restaurant.- Room equipped with climate control, a hair dryer, and a chair. 

Best value for this area. I ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast.- The view here was lovely.

The venue is placed in a central position nowhere near a city center.

The venue was spotlessly clean. The staff were very efficient and delightfully helpful.- The hotel offered a good price-quality ratio compared to other hotels.

Everything is lovely, particularly staff and drinks. So many choices for breakfast: cereal and fruit. This hotel has prime location nowhere near a city center. There is Fresha Cafe nearby for a cup of coffee.

The Internet access is poor for such a major chain. Most small hotels now have free wireless in room. Holiday Inn charges an exorbitant amount for in-room wireless, including the fact that the clock keeps ticking, even if you're not using. Hi needs to get up to speed with the ttimes

This modern and nicely decorated place has extremely polite staff at the reception desk.

Front door buzzer that didnt work (leaving us outside being un-noticed by staff who were clearly inside but couldnt hear us) puddle on carpet under aircon which was trodden in at 3am on a toilet visit! no brown sugar for coffee in the room
